Coach outlet sale this weekend? Any info?
This past week or so, Coach outlets had a huge sale. Already discounted merchandise was marked down an additional 50 percent off. Yesterday morning, they switched it to 40 percent off. I drove an hour to the closest Coach outlet and bought three good sized bags and two wristlets for 200 dollars. The cashier said that this weekend, they will be having another sale. Does anyone know any details about this? She said that she couldn tell me what it was, so do any insiders have the scoop on this sale? Will it be 50 percent or even more? Any help appreciated. Thanks.
Hello. The general employees do not know when sales will occur. The management might but often are given short notice. Often a manager will get a call from corporate telling them to put this or that on sale for a certain percentage in the middle of an afternoon. The store managers have no say so over the sales that are run. With most of the larger sales, such as the one you are speaking of, they do know about in advance to prepare. Occasionally I been told (off to the side) by one of the managers when a particuarily good sale was coming up. If you are driving that far I would recommend calling the day before. Just ask what type of sale they are having. They should be happy tell you.
